Rupanyup Major Events (RME) reserves the right to cancel The Barley Banquet due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

In the event of the Barley Banquet is cancelled, the RME will offered a full refund to ticket holders.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new date.

RME is not liable for costs related to accommodation or travel born by you or your organization as a result of the event being cancelled.

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the description of the Barley Banquet, including, but not limited to the date, cost and .

RME does not issue an exchange or refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket.

But rather than make a scene on the day, give us a call or send us an email and let us know about the lost, stolen, damaged or a destroyed ticket situation and we will do our best to accommodate you prior to the day.

A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange a ticket.

Subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law), providing all goes well and the Barley Banquet takes place, then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including, but not limited to, where a ticket holder cannot attend because of adverse weather conditions.

In order to attend the Barley Banquet you must provide proof of identification, and be at least 18 years of age;

  • a current driver licence or learner permit
  • a current passport (from any country)
  • an Australian Government-issued proof of age card (18+ Card)
  • a Victorian Keypass

No ID on the day will result in no entry to the event, no exceptions, and no refunds!

Proof of vaccination is also required before entry to the event.
